Architectural brilliance requiring the highest attention to detail and supreme craftsmanship. We had the pleasure of working on this award winning build with an award wining builder and exceptional team of trades.

Winner of the Best Multi Unit Development the Master Builders Excellent in Housing award 2021
With 3 townhouses in total and four levels each. The complex is joined by an underground basement demanding attention to detail from the start to finish.
Each townhouse has a private lift, designer lighting and home automation. The round internal staircase features subtle boxed in wall lights to light the house at night and an auspicious round sky light to light the house during the day.

Toorak
Featuring a penthouse on the top floor with panoramic views of the city this build was exceptional from start to completion.
These 13 residences are spread across four levels. They were delivered on time and within budget.

Glen Huntly
Designed for excellence, these 18 residences spread across three levels.
The build consisted of three separate public spaces each with a separate lift, intercom and access control system.
Creating three separate systems which still had to work together as one whole system.

Ivanhoe
These high end apartment's are the star of Ivanhoe. The construction team and trades worked tirelessly to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship and smooth sailing throughout the entire project.
Consisting of 12 residencies over three levels with a double basement this build is one we are proud of.
